Job summary

RSi in remote role is seeking a Unified Communications Engineer to own day-to-day operation, configuration, and reliability of voice platforms, including RingCentral and Teams Phone. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support mergers as the company grows.

The role requires designing IVR flows, integrating with payment systems, and maintaining audit-ready docs while collaborating with Compliance and Security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on administration of enterprise voice or contact center telephony platforms.
• Strong VoIP knowledge and call quality troubleshooting.
• Experience administering Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Design and programming of IVR call flows with testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud UC platforms like RingCentral and Teams Phone for users and departments.
• Configure dialing plans, call queues, auto attendants, and voicemail settings.
• Manage number porting, extensions, dial plans, and directory accuracy.
• Serve as escalation point for complex voice issues.
• Support LiveVox and other dialer platforms; manage campaigns and IVR setup.
• Design and test IVR flows; ensure regulatory compliance in prompts and payments.
• Document configurations and maintain change logs for audits.
