Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a Telecom Administrator to own and optimize the organization’s RingCentral voice, messaging, video, and contact center platforms. The role delivers scalable, reliable communications across the enterprise and partners with IT, networking, and customer service to support operational needs.

You'll design, implement, and maintain IVR, call routing, QoS, and reporting to improve user experience and efficiency while leading projects and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years VoIP or unified communications experience.
• 3+ years RingCentral administration.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain architecture of the unified communications platform including extension design and dial plans.
• Design and administer the organization’s contact center environment with queues, agent groups, routing profiles, and IVR structures.
• Develop and maintain IVR systems and call routing logic, including time-based routing.
• Support reporting and analytics within the contact center and monitor key call metrics.
• Collaborate with network teams to ensure QoS and reliable voice performance.
