Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a UKG Analyst to support UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) in a fully remote, 6-month+ contract role. Ideal for HRIS professionals with UKG support, ServiceNow ticket handling, and working with HCM/FCM functions.

The analyst will monitor issues, assist sustainment activities, testing, documentation, and access management while advanced troubleshooting is handled by a senior team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Pro WFM).
• Knowledge of Time & Attendance and Scheduling functionality.
• Understanding of HCM and FCM processes.
• Experience monitoring and reporting application issues.
• ServiceNow ticket and incident management experience.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge base documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report UKG issues; assist with sustainment activities.
• Support testing, validation and change documentation.
• Manage access requests; assist with SailPoint or similar tools.
• Help ensure stability of UKG integrations and configurations.
• Collaborate with senior team members on advanced troubleshooting.
