Qualifications

• UK Tax & Compliance: Proven track record handling both VAT returns and non-VAT registered clients.
• Multi-Industry Exposure: Broad bookkeeping experience across a wide variety of business sectors.
• E-commerce Expertise: Managing complexities of e-commerce bookkeeping (payments, multi-channel, inventory).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English (essential for overseas hire UK client communications).
• Software: Strong proficiency in Xero.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless Xero records for a diverse UK client portfolio.
• Build and manage client relationships, ensuring timely collection of documents.
• Support UK team by assisting Senior Accountant and Accounts Manager to meet deadlines.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements across bookkeeping workflows.
