Job summary

Vitel Global Communications is seeking a UCaaS Channel Account Manager to drive revenue growth by recruiting and managing partner relationships (VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators) in a hunting role. The position requires travel for tradeshows, customer visits, and partner meetings; candidates must reside on the Upper East Coast.

You will train partners on UCaaS and AI-enabled products, support deals, and help build partner-generated pipeline.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
2–5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
Strong existing relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.

Responsibilities

Recruit and maintain relationships with channel partners.
Serve as primary contact for partner inquiries and support.
Train partners on UCaaS and AI-enabled products, pricing, and competitive positioning.
Assist partners with sales strategies, demos, and proposals.
Identify, qualify, and progress sales opportunities with partners.
Collaborate with internal teams on quoting, pricing, and contracts.
Monitor partner performance and pipeline activity.
Stay informed on UCaaS trends and industry developments.
