Job summary

Vitel Global Communications seeks a UCaaS Channel Account Manager to lead partner recruitment and grow a scalable channel program across VARs, MSPs, MSSPs and SI partners. The role requires travel for tradeshows, customer visits, and partner meetings, while you learn and promote UCaaS and AI-enabled products.

You will train partners, shape sales strategies, and help build a trusted advisory relationship that accelerates partner-generated revenue in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong relationships with VARs/MSPs/MSSPs/System Integrators.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of UCaaS/CCaaS or cloud technology.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with channel partners.
• Drive revenue growth through new logo generation.
• Serve as primary contact for partner inquiries and support.
• Provide sales enablement and train partners on UCaaS & AI products.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, quotes, and contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in Hubspot and monitor pipeline.
