Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Unified Communications (UC) Project Manager to lead end-to-end UC and public safety deployments. This remote role supports multi-site implementations across voice, video, contact center, and 911 call handling platforms for customers in the MSP/VAR space.

You will coordinate engineering teams, field technicians, and vendors, maintain detailed project plans, manage budgets, and drive risks to closure, ensuring compliance with PMO standards and

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in MSP/VAR/systems integrator.
Experience with PSAPs, ECCs, or 911 call handling projects.
Strong knowledge of UC technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Microsoft Teams).

Responsibilities

Own full lifecycle management of UC and public safety projects from kickoff to closeout.
Coordinate internal engineering teams, field technicians, provisioning teams and third-party vendors.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Serve as primary customer contact, lead meetings and manage expectations.
Track project financials, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies.
