You will manage a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring operational planning, cost management, and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of project management experience alongside a PMP certification. Additional experience with AV integration projects and tools like Crestron and Skype for Business is desired. The position mandates onsite presence at Fort Meade, MD.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in program/project management for IT and AV integration.
• PMP Certification.
• Experience with VTC/AV integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply PMBOK v7 to manage simultaneous projects.
• Oversee documentation of technical challenges and coordinate actions.
• Provide leadership and ensure management of the program.
