Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and deliver production-grade systems. You will be a consultant, operator, and engineer, shaping the problem, designing the solution, and delivering end-to-end workflows within client environments.

You will lead discovery calls, define technical roadmaps, and own CI/CD and delivery processes in a remote-capable role across the Americas. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development across at least one mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex.
• Experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Discover by running workshops with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure processes and specifications for automation projects.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context, retrieval, and integration.
• Build working systems: agents, multi-step automations, and internal tooling.
• Own CI/CD, testing, releases, and deployment environments.
• Consult and defend decisions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership.
