Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers to join a fully remote team serving enterprise clients across the Americas. You embed with client teams, identify AI opportunities, architect scalable solutions, and deliver production-grade systems that hold up in real environments.

You will act as consultant, operator and engineer, running discovery, designing end-to-end architectures, and owning delivery from scope to deployment on regulated projects with real business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development with one mainstream stack (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or Go).
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decisions, and exceptions, then turn into executable specs.
• Architect end-to-end agentic systems: orchestration, context/retrieval, tool integration, guardrails, and HITO checkpoints.
• Build. Ship working systems — agents, multi-step automations, internal tooling, integration layers.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for what you build: build, test, release, environments.
• Consult. Present to and defend decisions in front of CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and leadership.
