Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to define AI opportunities, architect solutions, and deliver production-grade AI systems. You will balance consultant, operator, and engineer roles, shaping architecture, decisions, and delivery across regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered and agentic AI systems beyond prototypes.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree is required.
Hands-on experience with frontier AI developer tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI or OpenAI Codex.

Responsibilities

Discover: run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems and scope a defensible point of view.
Structure processes and specifications for automation that AI systems can reliably execute.
Architect and design agentic systems end-to-end: orchestration, context, tools, guardrails, and CI/CD.
