Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who sit inside the client’s problem, embedding with enterprise teams to architect, build, and operate AI-powered solutions. You’ll be a consultant, operator, and engineer, running discovery, designing end-to-end agentic systems, and delivering prototypes that prove value in weeks while owning CI/CD and deployment environments.

You’ll guide discovery conversations, decompose complex problems, and defend architectural decisions with stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1-4 years of experience building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Experience with APIs, service design, event-driven and distributed systems.
• CI/CD pipelines ownership including build, test, release and environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops with stakeholders to identify AI problems.
• Structure the process and the spec for automated workflows.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems and integrations.
• Build working systems: agents, automations, tooling, deployment layers.
• Engineer the delivery system: CI/CD, environments, release processes.
• Consult with CTOs and executives; support pre-sales scoping and proposals.
