Qualifications

• Active, non-probationary Registered Nurse license in all OSH practice states.
• US work authorization required.
• Ability to manage time and work autonomously with reliability.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Document clearly during calls and complete all requests.
• Schedule appointments for patients off-cadence or requesting appointments.
• Arrange transportation for clinic visits.
• Meet departmental metrics and complete tasks within scope.
• Other duties as assigned.
