Responsibilities

• Provide confident and professional service to OSH patients.
• Follow current Prescription Refill policy.
• Document clearly during and after calls.
• Complete all requests prior to ending a call.
• Schedule appointments for off-cadence patients.
• Arrange transportation for clinic visits.
