Vail Health is seeking a Colorado-licensed RN to evaluate patient health needs and coordinate care within a busy telehealth and in-person setting. You will document assessments in the EHR, follow triage protocols, and support care coordination programs.

The role requires 3 years of clinical experience, knowledge of disease processes, and compliance with HIPAA and OSHA. State of Colorado RN license or compact license is required, with compensation reflecting education and experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years clinical experience with patient care and administrative duties preferred.
• Knowledge of disease processes and growth and development across all ages.
• Nursing assessment skills with/without visual inspection using basic theory.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates and assesses patient health needs using triage protocols.
• Documents symptoms, nursing assessment, advice and responses in EHR.
• Coordinate and schedule same-day and future appointments.
• Manage prescription refills per protocol and participate in CPC+ Care Coordination.
• Contribute to quality improvement and performance initiatives.
