Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years clinical experience with relevant patient care and administrative duties preferred.
• Nursing assessment skills with basic nursing theory required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patient health concerns using established protocols and guidelines.
• Document symptoms, assessments, and plans in the EHR.
• Support providers in triaging calls and portal messages.
• Participate in KPI huddles and quality improvement activities.
