The position is full-time, permanent, and remote within the United States. Compensation ranges from $66,000 to $67,000 per year, with benefits and caregiver support included. Qualified RNs with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• RN with active, unrestricted license.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Workers' compensation or occupational health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of medical case management practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Review injury referrals and medical documentation to assess case complexity.
• Determine appropriate level of telephonic or field case management.
• Provide clinical guidance to claims teams on injury management strategies.
• Monitor triage workflow and referral turnaround times.
• Maintain documentation supporting triage decisions.
• Support quality improvement initiatives for triage processes.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurse case managers managing complex or high-exposure claims.
• Partner with operational leadership to optimize triage service delivery.
• Participate in case reviews and audits to ensure evidence-based practices.
• Oversee multiple teams or supervisory staff.
• Monitor performance and outcomes of triage operations.
