Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager working remotely in the United States. You will monitor, evaluate, and coordinate high‑quality medical treatment under Workers’ Compensation laws, reporting to the Case Management Supervisor and performing ongoing recovery assessments to reduce time off work and costs.

The role requires an RN with 3–5 years’ clinical experience, relevant WC case management, and valid licensure.

Qualifications

• RN with 3–5 years clinical experience (medical-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, ICCU, industrial or occupational).
• Must possess one of CCRN, CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN‑S for WC/MCO claims.
• At least 1 year of Workers’ Compensation case management experience.
• Current state licensure and eligibility for endorsement in other states.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management in a Workers’ Compensation setting.
• Coordinate communication among employee, employer, insurer, provider and rehabilitation consultants.
• Educate injured employee and document progress in the system.
