Davies North America is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager to join our Claims Administration & Adjusting team. This remote, full-time role focuses on coordinating high-quality, cost-effective medical care for workers’ compensation cases from home across the United States.

Reporting to the Case Management Supervisor, you will assess recovery progress, partner with providers and stakeholders, and advocate for timely return-to-work while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional

Qualifications

• RN with 3-5 years clinical experience in medical-surgical, orthopedic, neurological, ICCU, industrial or occupational.
• Must possess CCRN, CCM, CDMS, COHN, COHN‑S for WC/MCO claim
• At least 1 year experience handling Workers’ Compensation case management
• Proof of current State Licensure and eligible for endorsement in all other states
• Bi-lingual – fluent English/Spanish helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management in a Workers’ Compensation environment focusing on medical appropriateness of care and cost savings.
• Facilitate communication among employee, representative, employer, insurer, providers and rehabilitation consultants to achieve goals.
• Ensure education is provided to the injured employee and document in the system.
• Identify barriers to recovery and formulate plans to overcome them.
• Clinically evaluate recovery needs and provide ongoing assessment of health and medical records.
• Evaluate treatment plans, track outcomes and develop alternative plans as necessary.
• Track protocol management for utilization and delivery of medical services.
• Serve as a patient advocate adhering to legal, ethical and regulatory standards.
