Job summary

EK Health is hiring a full-time Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) for our Case Management Team. The role includes assessing, planning, coordinating, and evaluating service options to ensure injured workers receive timely, cost-effective care and return to work.

This remote, Monday–Friday position requires a Compact RN license in good standing, 3–5 years RN experience, and CA licensure within 90 days (reimbursed). Base pay is $35–$42/hr with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3-5 years of clinical RN experience outside of school.
• Compact RN license in good standing.
• State RN license in good standing.
• CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed).
• Experience in Case Management; workers' compensation preferred but not required.
• Home Health Care or Occupational Health experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and email.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with medical providers, employers and injured workers.
• Perform a complete nursing evaluation to determine patient needs.
• Review and evaluate medical correspondence, provider reports, & treatment history.
• Coordinate information between all parties involved in cases.
• Implement plans of care upon authorization and monitor progress.
