Job summary

EK Health Services Inc. is seeking a Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (RN) for our Case Management Team. The role encompasses assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating and evaluating service options to help injured workers receive timely, cost-effective care and expedite return to work.

Position is full-time remote, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm local time. Requires a Compact RN license; CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed). 72,800–87,360 USD annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3-5 years clinical RN experience outside of school.
• Compact RN license in good standing.
• Willing to obtain CA RN license within 90 days (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with medical providers, employers and injured workers.
• Perform a complete nursing evaluation to determine needs of patient.
• Review medical correspondence, provider reports, and treatment history.
• Coordinate plan of care with insurance representatives and authorize services.
• Arrange transportation and monitor plan of care progression.
