Qualifications

Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree.
CTP or other professional designation (Preferred).
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills (Preferred).

Responsibilities

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships.
Retains and deepens existing customer relationships.
Cross sells other bank products and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements.
Proactively builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
Manage weekly and monthly sales results and ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
