Qualifications

• Three or more years banking experience focusing on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in banking/treasury management.
• CTP or other professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new profitable treasury management relationships and deepen existing ones.
• Prospect, price, structure products, and prepare customer proposals.
• Build internal partnerships and drive opportunities with regional managers.
• Cross-sell bank products and monitor competitive offerings.
• Manage relationship plans, pipeline reviews, and weekly/monthly sales results.
• Mentor treasury management colleagues and support product evolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
