• Operations - Handles operational tasks during inquiries from customers, vendors, and associates.
• Service & Support - Builds relationships and provides resolution to achieve business goals and improve service.
• Business Proficiency - Shares knowledge in area of work and assists in troubleshooting and product promotion.
