Job summary

First Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Missouri to deliver excellent client experiences via our phone channel. The role operates with a schedule that includes weekday evenings and rotating Saturdays, with a hybrid/remote setup reflecting the bank's flexible work environment.

Responsibilities include handling Tier 1 inquiries, assessing needs, and routing to specialists when needed, while maintaining standard quality service and contributing to team goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year client service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous contact call center experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and business software required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Tier 1 support and service requests from our clients.
• Analyze client requests, set expectations, and escalate to Tier-2 or higher as needed.
• Search for answers through documentation, knowledge bases, and communities to provide resolutions.
• Contribute to individual, team and First Bank performance goals.
• Learn internal systems, processes and quality service standards.
• Build connections with First Bank team members you interact with regularly.
