Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support the day‑to‑day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will report to the Treasury Manager and help process wires, ACHs, and other payments with accuracy, ensuring solid documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven, and detail-oriented with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations on behalf of clients, including the accurate and timely processing of wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the utilization of treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions and maintain a client service mentality across teams.
• Identify and suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
