Ideal candidates are strong communicators with customer service experience in travel or hospitality, highly organized, independent, and quick to learn new booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support travel reservations, itinerary updates, cancellations, and special requests.

• Monitor upcoming trips and proactively reach out to clients.
• Address questions professionally to ensure a positive client experience.
