Livetripexperience seeks a dedicated Remote Travel Support Specialist to ensure clients have a seamless journey from start to finish. You will be the primary contact for travelers, resolving inquiries and managing itinerary changes with efficiency and empathy.

Ideal candidates are problem solvers, tech-savvy, and excellent communicators with experience in customer support or travel. This role is 100% remote with flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Act as the first line of support for clients via email, chat, and phone regarding their travel plans.
• Process booking modifications, flight cancellations, and special accommodation requests promptly.
• Troubleshoot travel-related issues in real-time to minimize client stress.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel requirements and destination protocols to advise clients accurately.
• Document all client interactions and updates in our internal systems.
