Job summary

DIB Travel is hiring a Travel Support Agent to help travelers with bookings, changes and complex issues. You’ll deliver empathetic support via phone, email and chat, coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems and keep customers informed of policy updates.

The role requires Amadeus GDS experience, strong flight reservations skills, and fluency in Swedish, Norwegian and English, with Danish or Finnish as a plus. Remote, evenings and weekends possible.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Amadeus GDS experience.
• Flight reservations: changes, ticketing and refunds.
• Experience booking hotels, trains, rental cars, etc.
• Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian and English; Danish/Finnish a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings/nights/weekends from home; shift-based.

Responsibilities

• Assist travelers with new bookings, changes, disruptions, and complex requests.
• Provide support via phone, email and chat with empathy and professionalism.
• Ensure interactions reflect speed, care and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Tech, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Stay updated on airline policies and travel regulations.
