Job summary

OpenKrill is seeking a Support Services Agent to provide specialized operational and ticketing support for our Global client. You will handle airline ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and itinerary changes using Sabre GDS, while applying fare rules and negotiated pricing to protect value.

This role is 100% remote with EST schedule and weekend rotations. Strong attention to detail and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a travel service environment.
• Direct experience with Sabre Native GDS for itinerary creation, pricing, ticketing and changes.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Book air, car, hotel, and rail travel using Sabre GDS with policy compliance and cost-efficiency.
• Understand travel industry fare structures, ticketing procedures, and travel policies.
• Manage reservations, exchanges, cancellations, and itinerary updates for domestic and international travel.
• Provide global fulfillment support to clients, VICs, and VIP travelers.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely, high-level customer service.
• Provide emergency travel assistance and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Manage high-volume email and phone requests while meeting SLA requirements.
• Maintain updated logins for airline sites and tools used by VICs.
• Support debit memo management and produce administrative reports.
• Ensure bookings comply with fare rules and airline regulations (POC/O&D).
• Collaborate with leads to identify recurring issues and improve processes.
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices.
