Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Work from Home Travel Specialist (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You’ll design custom trips while guiding clients from initial what-if questions to confirmed reservations—whether solo escapes, group getaways, destination weddings, or family travel experiences.

Expect to stay with clients from planning to post-trip reviews, close sales, and provide insider knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills with ability to guide clients to a decision.
• Experience juggling multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings with attention to detail.
• Quick learner of new tools: CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards, and collaboration platforms.
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus but not required; training provided.
• Genuine love for travel and helping others explore with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans including flights, stays, tours, cruises and packages.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions promptly (payments, changes, add-ons) and manage bookings.
• Share insider tips and timely deals to add value for each trip.
• Guide clients from planning through post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
