Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Virtual Sales Representative – Owner Upgrades in Sandy, Utah. The role focuses on delivering engaging Zoom presentations to current and prospective owners, presenting upgrade opportunities, and driving sales growth from prequalified leads.

You will build trust-based relationships, identify vacation goals, and recommend tailored ownership solutions to maximize value, supported by ongoing training and a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations showcasing Travel + Leisure benefits to prospective and current owners using prequalified leads.
• Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities to maximize ownership value through enhanced products and travel experiences.
• Build trust-based relationships by identifying vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions.
• Generate sales by initiating transactions and applying proven closing techniques with existing owners.
