Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative – Owner Upgrades to join our remote team.

This home-based role requires a Florida Real Estate License and the ability to work within 50 miles of Orlando, FL, using prequalified leads to present upgrades and travel benefits. You will conduct Zoom presentations, build rapport with owners, and close sales while participating in ongoing training to advance your career.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commission-based sales experience with a proven ability to drive results.
• Experience in timeshare, vacation ownership, owner upgrades, or consultative sales preferred.
• Valid Florida Real Estate License required or is a must-have credential.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging Zoom presentations to showcase benefits of vacation ownership.
• Present and sell owner upgrade opportunities to existing owners.
• Build trust-based relationships by understanding owners' vacation goals and recommending tailored ownership solutions.
• Identify customer needs and drive sales results with existing owners.
