Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to establish rapport with prospective or current owners and articulate the benefits of traveling with our luxury brands.

Position involves conducting virtual presentations, achieving sales targets, and attending ongoing advanced training. The role emphasizes energetic, outgoing interaction and adherence to company policies within a high‑energy environment.

Formación

• 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.
• Must maintain production standards.
• Must have the applicable real estate and/or timeshare license or the ability to obtain one.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual presentations about our award-winning resorts.
• Find commonality with prospective and/or current owners.
• Communicate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
• Generate sales through initiating transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Effectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings; keep current on sales information and materials, industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually.
