Job summary

Southern Bridge Group is seeking motivated, organized Reservation Services Coordinators to join our growing team in a fully remote role. You will assist customers in researching and comparing vacation options, providing excellent service throughout planning and reservation, and coordinating bookings with careful attention to detail.

This position emphasizes independent, self-motivated work in a remote environment, with opportunities to develop customer service, reservation, and marketing skills

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, and online platforms.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customer requests.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, sales, or administrative experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
• Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
