Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Full-Service Travel Agent to work remotely, handling domestic and international bookings with a focus on delivering personalized vacations. You will build lasting client relationships, provide exceptional service, and have opportunities for monthly performance incentives.

The role requires travel industry experience, familiarity with reservation tools, and the ability to work in a fast-paced contact center environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent. Travel school graduates are encouraged to apply.
• At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing platforms, GDS, and online booking tools.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel planning.
• Excellent communication, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations, including customized FIT itineraries.
• Assist Members and non-Members through phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations, travel products, and AAA benefits based on traveler needs.
• Stay informed about travel promotions, destinations, and industry trends.
