Job summary

AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Full-Service Travel Agent to join our remote Travel Contact Center. You will plan and book domestic and international vacations, assist Members and non-Members via phone, email, and chat, and recommend AAA benefits based on traveler needs.

You will build lasting client relationships, stay updated on travel promotions, and process reservations in line with ARC and AAA policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; travel school grads encouraged.
• At least 2 years of recent leisure travel industry sales experience.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, ticketing, GDS, and online booking tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book domestic and international vacations.
• Assist members via phone, email, and web chat.
• Recommend destinations and exclusive AAA benefits.
• Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Process travel reservations in accordance with ARC and AAA policies.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products.
• Meet sales and performance goals while delivering service.
• Provide guidance to fellow Travel Center Associates.
