Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel interests, destinations, schedules, and budgets.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, tours, vacations, transportation, and sightseeing options.
• Present customized travel recommendations based on client goals and preferences.
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and related travel services using approved booking platforms.
• Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure instructions.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with itinerary revisions, reservation updates, and special requests.
• Review travel reservations and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Stay connected with travelers before departure by providing updates and answering questions.
• Maintain organized records of reservations, client communications, and travel details in company systems.
• Work with preferred travel suppliers and internal resources to deliver exceptional client support.
• Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development programs.
