• Respond to inquiries and requests through email, phone, and online communication channels
• Support clients with itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related concerns
• Track and organize client information, confirmations, and travel documentation
• Stay current on travel products, supplier offerings, and company updates through ongoing training
