Job summary

Hopesglobalgetaways is seeking Travel Experience Representatives to deliver personalized travel guidance from a fully remote setting. You will assist clients from plan through reservation, researching options and coordinating trip details to ensure seamless itineraries.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable using online booking platforms, digital applications, and virtual communication tools.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand travel interests, preferred destinations, schedules, and budgets.
• Research hotels, resorts, cruises, guided tours, vacation packages, transportation, and sightseeing opportunities.
• Present customized travel recommendations based on each client's goals and preferences.
• Coordinate reservations, itinerary planning, and related travel services using approved booking platforms.
• Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, travel documents, itineraries, and departure instructions.
• Respond to client inquiries and assist with itinerary revisions, reservation updates, and special requests.
• Review travel reservations and documentation to help ensure all details are complete and accurate.
• Stay connected with travelers before departure by providing updates and answering questions.
• Maintain organized records of reservations, client communications, and travel details within company systems.
• Work with preferred travel suppliers and internal resources to deliver exceptional client support.
• Participate in ongoing supplier education, destination training, and professional development programs
