Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Travel & Expense Supervisor for a fully remote role. You will govern travel, expense, and corporate card programs, partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, cost control, and a positive user experience.

The role emphasizes policy development, reporting, and analytics to support budgeting and operational goals. A minimum of five years in finance or related functions is required along with strong Excel and vendor management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, travel and expense management, or a related analytical role.
• Experience administering corporate card and expense management programs preferred.
• Experience working with financial systems and business software applications required.

Responsibilities

• Travel, Expense & Corporate Card Program Management: develop, maintain, and enforce company travel, expenses, and corporate card policies.
• Oversee relationships with travel management companies, expense system providers, and other travel vendors.
• Vendor onboarding and administration; monitor delinquent payments and policy compliance; administer rebates and incentives.
• Reporting, Analysis & Compliance: prepare and deliver reporting to support expense management and budget oversight; ensure reports are accurate and timely; provide ad hoc analysis for leadership.
• Vendor & Contract Management: support negotiation and administration of travel-related contracts; evaluate vendor performance and drive cost savings.
• Customer Support & Operational Excellence: provide training on travel and expense policies; support audits; deliver high-level customer service to employees and partners.
