Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a remote Supervisor Operations (Full-time) in the United States. You will lead a travel consultant team, coach members, and monitor KPIs in a virtual environment to meet performance targets. Strong leadership in corporate travel operations is required and experience with Sabre and SAP Concur Travel is preferred.

The role emphasizes coaching, development of the team, and delivering excellent service to clients, with flexibility for various shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in corporate travel management
• Experience supervising a team
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Fluent English communication skills
• Experience supporting life sciences or pharma clients preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of travel consultants
• Collaborate with performance data to maximize team effectiveness
• Develop learning programs to close competency gaps
• Provide clients with industry information (low fares, exchange costs, penalties)
• Maintain knowledge of regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas)
• Monitor GDS queues daily for quality control
