Job summary

No Sweat Services Inc. is seeking a self-motivated Travel & Guest Operations Lead. You will own client travel logistics, vendor workflows, and partner communications with minimal oversight from a remote location in the United States.

You will evaluate client specifications, make executive decisions on logistics, and serve as the primary contact for premier partners. Applicants must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work for a US employer without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or operations independently with high accountability.
• Strong decision-making and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Fluent digital literacy across cloud CRMs, booking software, email and office suites.
• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end travel logistics and guest account management.
• Negotiate with partners and manage vendor relations to meet client preferences.
• Act as first line of defense for client travel disruptions and changes.
• Review and ensure booking details and documentation accuracy.
• Lead with speed, precision and client care across guest touchpoints.
