Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Manager of Travel & Expense Operations to oversee T&E, employee reimbursements, and corporate card programs in a fully remote biopharma setting focused on hypertension and CKD.

You will manage expense processing, policy administration, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX, and Sunshine Act reporting, collaborating with Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and Medical Affairs while leveraging NetSuite, Concur, and FloQast to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 5+ years in travel & expense, ops accounting, or accounts payable.
• Experience with corporate travel programs, Sunshine Act reporting, SOX, and internal controls.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• High integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage expense processing and policy administration.
• Review and approve employee expenses.
• Support month-end and audit activities.
• Develop policies and process improvements.
