Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a fully remote Travel & Expense Supervisor to oversee travel, expense, and corporate card programs.

This role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure policy compliance, cost efficiency, and a positive user experience while supporting financial objectives. The role requires 5+ years of experience in finance or related fields, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with expense management platforms and travel systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, travel and expense management, or a related analytical role.
• Experience administering corporate card and expense management programs preferred.
• Experience working with financial systems and business software applications required.

Responsibilities

• Travel, Expense & Corporate Card Program Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce company travel, expenses, and corporate card policies.
• Reporting, Analysis & Compliance: Prepare and deliver reporting and analysis to support expense management, budget oversight, and policy compliance.
• Vendor & Contract Management: Support negotiation and administration of travel-related contracts and supplier agreements.
• Customer Support & Operational Excellence: Provide training and guidance to employees regarding policies and procedures; assist with audits and year-end close.
