Job summary

Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Travel Planner (Sales-Focused) to turn travel dreams into booked itineraries. You will design custom trips, guiding clients from first ideas to confirmed reservations—solo escapes, group getaways, destination weddings, or family adventures.

This role offers fully remote work, with part-time or full-time options, and comprehensive onboarding plus ongoing coaching. A collaborative team culture and room to grow are highlighted in the role description.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple quotes, itineraries, and bookings.
• Fast learner with new tools (CRMs, booking engines, analytics dashboards).
• Background in sales, customer service, hospitality, or travel is a bonus.
• Genuine love for travel.

Responsibilities

• Craft personalized travel plans: flights, stays, tours, cruises, and packages built around each client's budget, style, and must-haves.
• Connect with clients to uncover their ideal trip, present tailored options, and confidently close the sale.
• Resolve questions and concerns promptly and professionally (payments, date changes, room upgrades, add-ons, etc.).
• Add value with insider knowledge: hidden gems, top photo spots, local experiences, and timely deals that make each trip special.
• Stay with clients from start to finish — pre-trip planning and payment coordination, on-trip support, and post-trip follow-ups and reviews.
