Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to identify vacation preferences and planning needs.
• Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Explore transportation, sightseeing tours, excursions, and recreational activities.
• Compare supplier offerings and identify suitable travel solutions.
• Provide information about amenities, pricing, and package details.
• Help clients evaluate options and select preferred vacation arrangements.
• Coordinate requested reservations through booking systems.
• Review traveler information, confirmations, and reservation requirements.
• Maintain accurate client files and organized itinerary documentation.
• Track payment schedules, booking deadlines, and outstanding details.
• Respond to routine questions and communicate important travel updates.
• Provide follow-up assistance with reservation changes and trip preparations.
