Hope's Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company offering full-service vacations, weddings, honeymoons, cruises, and luxury getaways. We are expanding our virtual team and seek a Journey Services Specialist who helps clients choose vacations, handle bookings, and prepare for travel, including cruises and all-inclusive trips.

You will gather preferences, research options, present choices, and coordinate with suppliers while ensuring smooth, organized itineraries and positive client

• Enjoys helping people and providing attentive customer support.
• Confident communicating through email, phone, and online platforms.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Detail-conscious when reviewing information and completing tasks.
• Able to research and compare available services.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to learn reservation software and supplier procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn client vacation expectations, budget, and dates.
• Locate destinations, accommodations, and leisure experiences.
• Gather information on resorts, cruises, packages, tours, and transport.
• Assess options and identify those suited to client requests.
• Present vacation choices and explain services and amenities.
• Review booking conditions, payment requirements, and details.
• Help finalize arrangements using supplier tools.
• Double-check passenger information and bookings.
• Keep client files and itineraries organized.
• Monitor deadlines and outstanding reservation requirements.
• Maintain communication on updates and questions.
• Assist with itinerary adjustments and departure information.
