Beyond the Travels Agency seeks organized, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team. You will assist with destination research, coordinate reservations, and support clients throughout the planning process.

This remote role relies on online communication platforms and a reliable home workspace. Prior travel, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not required, with onboarding and ongoing training provided.

Mansioni

• Provide general travel information and recommendations based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation details for accuracy before final confirmation.
