Job summary

Beyond the Travels Agency is seeking organized, customer-focused individuals to assist with destination research, coordinate reservations, and guide clients through the planning process in a remote capacity.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and proficient with travel platforms and email communication. Remote onboarding and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with exploring destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences.
• Coordinate travel reservations and verify booking information with travel suppliers.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and online communication platforms.
• Provide general travel information and destination suggestions based on client preferences.
• Maintain organized and accurate travel records and documentation.
• Review reservation details for accuracy prior to final confirmation.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Assist clients with travel-related questions before and after reservations are finalized.
